It's been about 7 weeks now, not 1 person interested asking to buy my tiny home i just finished building. Why? because Canada government laws, permits make it difficult. We have millions of acres not occupied or used. They are not for sale. To buy a small plot anywhere not up North where its winter 11 months of the year costs around $70,000 and then there are countless rules laws, codes inhibiting one from even parking a tiny home there. It's not as dreamy or easy as everyone things. I'm just finding out now after I spent my entire pension payout on tools education and material.
I have a superior design that is unique. Stronger, lighter. Mostly steel and wood treated coated with rubberized Red Guard. Welded entire trailer and framing. Tiny home has every convenience. This 1st one cost me around $22,000 to make and not one person has shown interest to buy it. I finally understand why. There is nowhere to put it legally or affordably.
The best opportunity is located North Temagami where its crazy cold most of the year. $5000 for half an acre. No rules unorganized township.
I"ve a few degrees, insane talents, tools, abilities, experiences....yet hopelessly renting and almost broke. Tiny Home manufacturing is not the dream people think.
